At Masala Vibes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every product is packed with care and delivered in the best condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is expired

  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered

To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos of the product as proof.

⚠️ Note:

  • Products once opened or used are not eligible for return.

  • Returns will not be accepted due to taste preference or personal dislike.


Refund Policy

  • Once your return request is approved after verification, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Products returned without original packaging
